The Practice Manager directs front desk, assistants, hygienists, and dentists, manages scheduling, treatment plan presentations, budgets, and reports, and collaborates with the regional team to meet clinical, financial and quality goals.

Vienna Smiles is seeking a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager position is critical to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care while creating a positive working environment. The Practice Manager is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating staff and activities at Tysons Aesthetic Dentistry to provide five-star experience at an affordable, in-network price for clients. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Regional Team to ensure that all financial, clinical and quality goals along with patient satisfaction goals are achieved for the practices. The Practice Manager will also establish and implement policies and procedures for the practices, evaluate personnel and work quality on a regular basis, review reports, prepare and manage budgets, and supervise other activities and projects, as required. The position also oversees business and patient care support functions such as appointment scheduling, check in, check out, treatment plan presentation and financial management. The clinical operations include managing the front desk, assistants, hygienists, dentists and helping provide maximum efficiency within the practice.
The Practice Manager candidate requires limited supervision and should be capable of acting independently. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate work and have work effectively with many people at various levels of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and appropriately prioritize. The ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers, including, but not limited to, patients, co-workers, management, dentists and visitors is a must. Certainly, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA and policy is required. The candidate should be proficient in P.C. software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. General knowledge of front and back office clinical policies and procedures, required. Relative training and guidelines are available, however interpretation and original problem-solving are required. Assignments are given in terms of broad organizational goals and objectives. Goal attainment is reviewed with the owner on a regular basis through formal and informal discussions.
Monthly reporting Management of A/R and budgets Claim submission Treatment presentation Productive Scheduling Responsible for all practice operations. Experience with Dentrix and Weave Office Manager Responsibilities: Guaranteeing office productivity, developing and managing all internal office procedures and practices. Maintaining the dental clinic’s cash control, staff schedules, general ledger, and billing system. Delivering direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding client service. Coordinating the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency. Responding to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Creating and implementing an effective office budget. Hiring, supervising, and training new office employees.
5+ years of previous and recent experience managing a dental preferred. Strong Knowledge of Dentrix
