Job summary

Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia is seeking a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating staff and activities at Tysons Aesthetic Dentistry to provide five‑star experience at an affordable, in‑network price for clients.

The Practice Manager will work with the Regional Team to meet financial, clinical and patient satisfaction goals, establish policies and procedures, review reports, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a dental practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and budget oversight.
• Management of A/R and budgets; claim submission.
• Treatment presentation to patients.
• Productive scheduling and overall practice operations.
• Hiring, supervising, and training office staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
