The role combines leadership with financial oversight, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate billing, and compliant practice management.

You will coordinate staff, manage schedules, uphold high standards of care, and collaborate with the dentist to implement growth strategies and improve patient volume.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve success.
• Exceptional patient care and customer service skills.
• Business acumen—monitor production/collection, read P&L, manage budgets, and set goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the dental office's daily activities, including patient scheduling and flow.
• Optimize workflows, wait times, and patient experiences for smooth operations.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, addressing concerns professionally.
• Inform patients about treatment plans, financials, and post-care instructions with excellent service.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, promote teamwork and continuous learning.
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, and payments collection.
