Areo Dental Group, a privately held multi-practice dental organization, seeks a hands-on Practice Leader in Oak Lawn, IL. You will oversee all aspects of practice operations, drive financial performance, and ensure a superior patient experience.

You will lead a high-energy team, collaborate with leaders to optimize operations, and recruit, train, and mentor talent to support growth and new opportunities. A strong background in customer service, sales, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Strong leadership background in customer service, sales, and management roles.
Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and driving performance.
Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Ability to coach and develop teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performance team with accountability.
Collaborate with operational leadership to streamline practice operations.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for the led practices.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices in leadership meetings.
Recruit, train, and mentor talent to support practice expansion.
Maintain exceptional patient care and a 5-star patient experience.
Oversee staff schedules and ensure timely feedback sessions.
Present treatment options and financial plans to patients to start care.
