Job summary

Areo Dental Group, a privately held multi-practice dental group, seeks a hands-on Practice Leader to oversee operations and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will lead a high-performance team, collaborate with operational leadership, recruit and develop talent, and present treatment options with clear financial plans to patients, all within a growth-focused, Equal Opportunity employer. Location: Darien, IL; Monday–Friday with some Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in service/sales environments.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and patient satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performance team with accountability for results.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to optimize practice operations and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for the practice(s).
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Recruit, train & develop talent to support practice expansion.
• Maintain exceptional patient care and ensure a red-carpet experience that drives 5-star reviews.
• Present treatment options and financial plans to patients to facilitate decisions.
