Job summary

Bright Direction Dental LLC in Illinois is seeking a full-time Dental Practice Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of the practice in Skokie and Chicago. You will lead front office activities, monitor performance, and support providers and staff to maintain an efficient and positive work environment.

The role emphasizes patient experience, financial health of the office, and team accountability, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, staffing, production tracking, and coordinated patient

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a dental office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
• Proficient in using dental office software and general office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day success and performance of the practice.
• Maintain visibility into all staff roles, responsibilities, and task completion.
• Lead daily morning huddles and ensure preparedness of schedules, metrics, and priorities.
• Schedule and lead monthly staff meetings in partnership with the Area Manager.
• Partner with Area Manager to conduct staff performance reviews.
