Envision a Smile - South Elgin is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee a high-performing dental practice. You will drive financial and operational results, lead both clinical and administrative teams, and partner with the Doctor Owner and regional leadership to execute corporate initiatives.

The role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth, with a focus on patient experience and practice profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental or medical practice management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role comparable to Office Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior on-site leader, setting performance expectations for staff.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Lead administrative and clinical teams with the Doctor Owner.
• Mentor staff and develop future leaders.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, billing, and RCM in partnership with HR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, ACA).
• Collaborate with marketing to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Oversee credentialing, background checks, and onboarding.
