This hands-on leadership role requires confident decision-making, clinical knowledge, and a passion for helping both patients and dental staff succeed in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on dental assisting experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop a dental team.
• Treatment-plan presentation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient, doctor, hygiene, clinical, and administrative flow throughout the day.
• Support efficient scheduling and timely patient care.
• Lead department leads and reinforce practice standards.
• Coach dental assistants using clinical experience.
• Oversee treatment-plan presentation and help patients understand care.
• Identify opportunities for convenient same-day treatment.
• Monitor daily goals and improve efficiency and patient experience.
