This role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication with patients and clinics, and the ability to handle inquiries, payments, and insurance questions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1-year call center or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information and schedule new consultations and appointments.
• Handle calls and route to relevant staff with documentation.
• Manage emergency calls and schedule appropriately.
• Collect and post payments from patients over the phone.
• Collect patient insurance information over the phone.
• Communicate with other dental offices regarding referrals and records.
