Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health in Auburn, CA is seeking a Dental Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, register them, verify information and collect payments, contributing to a smooth patient flow.

You will coordinate with front- and back-office teams in a fast-paced environment, supporting 15 patients per hour while delivering respectful, patient-centered service to diverse communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with providers and dental staff under pressure.
• Experience with multi-line phones, computer-based applications, and medical/dental eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in dental patients, complete registration, verify required information, and collect payments accurately.
• Coordinate with front- and back-office dental teams to ensure patients are ready to be seen and maintain a smooth patient flow.
• Manage a fast-paced front desk environment, supporting a workload of up to approximately 15 patients per hour.
• Provide respectful, patient-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Contribute as a positive, organized, and coachable team member, supporting front-desk operations as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $26.00
