Job summary

PDS Health is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported dentists and secure financing commitments from patients to begin treatment. You will educate patients on treatment options, address objections, and keep the schedule productive while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience and creating Patients for Life.

Responsibilities include mastering the PDS system, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Proficient in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decisions.
• Executes HC handoff with clinicians on each exam patient.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on available financial options for patient budgets.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure offices reflect the Comprehensive Care Model and external referrals.
• Active participant in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics.
