You will educate patients on choices, overcome objections, and support clinicians to keep schedules productive while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience.

The role requires proficiency with the PDS system, collaboration with team members, and a commitment to patient care and dental financial counseling across multiple offices.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel may be required between offices.

• Partner with Dentists to gain patient financial commitment for recommended treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financing to support case acceptance.
• Support clinicians and maintain productive exam schedules.
• Handle insurance pre-authorizations for proposed treatments.
• Demonstrate PPE and promote the Perfect Patient Experience (PFL).
• Overcome patient objections and explain financial options clearly.
