Olney Modern Dentistry (PDS Health) seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists, educate patients on treatment and financing, and secure timely case acceptance. The HC will understand and explain options, overcome objections, and help keep daily schedules productive.

You will support a comprehensive care model and contribute to a positive patient experience while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices and patient insurances.
• Results oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential patient records.

Responsibilities

• Help patients gain financial commitment to start recommended dentistry.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financing options.
• Overcome objections to start treatment and maintain PPE experience.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support clinicians to keep exam schedules productive.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
