Mesa Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and help patients finance meaningful treatments with urgency. You will educate patients on options, manage financials, and support a Perfect Patient Experience to create Patients for Life in a fast-paced dental team.

Responsabilidades

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry diagnosed by the Dentist.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision making.
• Execute the HC handoff in partnership with each clinician on every exam patient.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on all available financial options to give patients choices within budget.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations prior to completing treatment.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles and monthly team meetings as required.
• Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics and results.
• Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand; align decisions with brand framework.
• Learn Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence in patient care.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor; address others respectfully.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
