Plano Modern Dentistry is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help patients commit to the best treatment plan with urgency. You will educate patients on options, address objections, and keep schedules productive while supporting a Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life.

The HC will become proficient in the PDS system, navigate insurance pre-authorizations, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Dentists to gain financial commitment for treatment.
• Assist patients in understanding financial options to start recommended care.
• Keep Dentist schedules productive and well-coordinated.
• Be the subject matter expert on available financial options for patients.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
