Job summary

Hermosa Smiles Dentistry seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, helping patients commit to treatment with urgency. You will explain financial options, educate patients on choices, and overcome objections to support a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL).

You will also help manage schedules, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional care across offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure patient financial commitments.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Support PPE and PFL while maintaining schedule productivity.
• Handle objections and guide patients toward timely care.
• Maintain professional appearance and compliance with policies.
