Job summary

Sahuarita Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, helping patients understand financing and initiating urgent treatment while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience. You will educate patients on treatment options, overcome objections, and keep the Dentist’s schedules productive.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists to gain financial commitment for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and budget.
• Overcome common patient objections.
• Support PPE and create Patients for Life (PFL).
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure the office operates within the Comprehensive Care Model.
