PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported dentists and help patients commit to the best course of treatment. You will explain financial options, educate patients, address objections, and keep clinical schedules efficient.

In this role, you will contribute to a Positive Patient Experience and Patients for Life by maintaining professionalism, following policy, and collaborating with the care team across multiple offices in California.

Competenze

• GED or high school diploma.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Mansioni

• Partner with dentists to gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry diagnosed.
• Educate patients on treatment options and costs to support case acceptance.
• Overcome common patient objections and keep Dentist’s schedules productive.
• Ensure the office demonstrates the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals as needed.
• Assist with obtaining insurance pre-authorizations for patient care.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
