PDS Health is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help patients commit to timely, financially feasible treatment. You will educate patients on options, overcome objections, and maintain a PPE-driven experience.

You will support exam-driven workflows, coordinate insurance pre-authorizations, and keep schedules productive. This role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel might be required between offices.

Responsabilités

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices.
• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in making the best decision.
• Executes the HC Handoff with clinicians on exams.
• Subject Matter Expert on available financial options for patient choices.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations before treatment.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles, monthly meetings, and other required meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics.
• Support the PDS Brand framework in decisions.
• Learn Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
