Park Dental Bailey Road is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a welcoming experience while guiding them through their dental care journey.

Dental experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries are encouraged to apply. Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in, creating a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate and manage patient schedules, confirmations, and follow-up.

• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient accounts.
• Enter and maintain patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for efficient operations.
• Use scheduling and practice management software daily.
• Help resolve patient concerns to ensure a positive experience.
