The Dental Specialists Maple Grove Oral Surgery is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while guiding them through their specialty dental care journey.

Key duties include greeting patients, scheduling and coordinating appointments, answering questions about billing and insurance, and maintaining accurate records.

• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management

• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations

Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour
