Park Dental Riverdale is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and help them navigate their dental care journey.

You will greet patients, manage schedules, handle billing questions, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records while supporting a positive, efficient office environment.

Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
• Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
• Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
• Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
