Park Dental Bailey Road is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a welcoming experience while guiding them through their dental care journey.

Dental experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries are encouraged to apply. Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour.

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
• Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
• Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
• Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
