Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude. You will welcome patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and help with financial arrangements for treatment.

In this role you will coordinate front-desk activities, assist with check-in/check-out, connect patients to available services, and support a welcoming, professional office environment across our dental practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year TC experience in dental
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
