NRV Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Radford is seeking a proactive Patient Care Coordinator to manage administrative and front office duties and deliver a superior patient experience. You will welcome patients, maintain records, answer calls, and keep the front desk organized while occasionally traveling to the Blacksburg location.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ability to adapt to a busy specialty practice environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to warmly welcome patients and guests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
• Sort and forward emails; organize front desk materials.
• Able to travel to Blacksburg office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the dental office

• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
