Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients warmly, guide them through the office and coordinate treatment services. You will communicate treatment recommendations, costs, and payment options while supporting a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

In this role, you will maintain schedules, ensure privacy and safety compliance, and build lasting relationships with patients. Exceptional communication and a passion for service are essential, with some travel for training

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
