Flagship Dental Group is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the practice, guiding patients from check-in to checkout with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage the schedule, verify insurance, discuss financial options, collect payments, and communicate clearly with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience verifying insurance and understanding coverage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with patient data.
• Comfort with dental finance conversations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and set a welcoming, high-energy tone.
• Schedule management to minimize wait times and ensure smooth flow.
• Serve as the link between patients and clinical team for smooth handoffs.
• Support check-in to check-out, including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments.
• Present treatment plans and discuss insurance coverage and financial options.
• Verify insurance and confirm appointments; follow up on missed/late arrivals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Contribute to a clean, organized front office and support onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
