Qualifications

• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
• Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office, preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out; verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Greet parents and patients when they enter or leave the office.
• Keep waiting area and front desk tidy.
• Verify insurance before appointment and ensure Boomerang records are correct.
• Communicate service limits with the clinical team prior to treatment.
• Schedule follow-up operatory and six-month recall appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers appropriately.
• Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments and follow up on needed treatment.
• Re-file patient records at end of day.
• Uphold government regulations and company compliance.
