Job summary

Advantage Dental+ in Salem, OR is seeking a Patient Coordinator who shares our patient-first focus and commitment to education. You will greet patients, collect and verify insurance, create files, and help manage the daily schedule.

• High school diploma required; degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in dental/medical or customer service.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits explained.
• Excellent communication with team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; dental software experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Qualifications to join us as a patient coordinator

• High school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience with dental software preferred
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Compensation Range

$22-$25 hourly
