Advantage Dental+ in Roseburg, OR is hiring a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients, verify insurance, and maintain an organized daily schedule, all within a patient-first culture.

You will collect information, explain benefits, assist with financial arrangements, and handle payments, while ensuring accurate administrative tasks and delivering compassionate patient education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with dental software preferred.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
