Job summary

Swish Dental is a privately owned dental practice focused on patient care. We are seeking a Patient Concierge (Receptionist) to greet patients, assist with intake forms, and coordinate with clinical staff. The role emphasizes a patient-first approach in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, setting up patient records, and assisting with general front-desk tasks. Strong English communication and reliability are required, with potential shifts across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms.
• Notify the clinical team of patient’s arrival.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
