Job summary

Swish Dental in Austin, TX seeks a Patient Concierge (Receptionist) to warmly welcome patients, manage check-in, and coordinate with clinicians.

The role requires clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to cover shifts at multiple locations. A high school diploma is required; 1+ year of customer service is preferred; CPR/BLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms.
• Notify the clinical team of patient arrivals.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area
