Ridgeview Warrensburg Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to serve as the front-line link between patients and the dental care team. You will handle calls, schedule visits, verify insurance, and educate patients on financial options to support optimal oral health.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, excellent communication, and computer skills, with a friendly, patient-focused approach to greeting every patient with a smile.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with a computer and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming phone calls and schedules patients.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and records payments.
• Coordinates schedule with Dentist and Hygienist to fit patient needs.
• Maintains patient database with new information as it becomes available.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Directs patients to waiting areas and communicates wait times.
