Park Dental Ridgepark is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, manage schedules, answer questions, and help navigate insurance and billing while supporting the team to deliver exceptional care.

Dental experience is welcome but not required; candidates from customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or administration backgrounds are encouraged. Eligible benefits and a positive, doctor-led culture await.

Qualifications

• Verify insurance coverage and help with patient accounts.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information and records.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure efficient operations and care.
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily tasks.
• Address patient concerns and find solutions that enhance the patient experience.
