Cameo Dental Specialists is seeking a Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to help patients move forward with recommended treatment. You'll handle proactive follow-up, coordinate care, answer questions, assist with scheduling, and help remove barriers to timely care while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The role features a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with one Saturday per month, and offers comprehensive benefits in a collaborative dental practice.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing role experience in healthcare or service industry.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating care.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and doctors.
• Familiarity with practice management software is a plus.

• Reach out to patients to move treatment forward via phone, email or text.
• Update patient charts and schedules in practice management software.
• Coordinate treatment appointments across multiple locations.
• Manage waitlists and callback lists to optimize care timelines.
• Collaborate with doctors and front-office teams to support patient care.
• Document interactions professionally in the system.
