We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental practice, which features a team of two doctors providing comprehensive general dentistry services. Our PRIVATE office prides itself on delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages. No corporation here, just a family business providing for our small town for over the last decade.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include keeping the schedule filled, managing appointments, presenting treatment plans, and discussing financial options with patients. Proficiency in dental terminology, Eaglesoft, and experience in handling these discussions are essential for this role.

This full-time position offers a positive work environment with no late nights or weekends. You can expect to enjoy a structured schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 7:30am-3pm, and Friday 8am-3pm, working through lunch. If a candidate desires more than 32 hours a week, coming in on Mondays when the office is closed is an option, providing time to catch up without patients present.
