Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for our Spartanburg patients.

You will greet guests, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and help navigate costs, insurance, and payment options. In this role you will maintain the daily schedule, follow up with patients, ensure privacy and safety compliance, and support the dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, or receptionist roles.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon or Dentrix) preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain daily schedule and coordinate future appointments.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
