Job summary

Citagenix Regen LLC, a dental biomaterials supplier and trusted partner to clinicians, seeks a part-time Customer Service & Order Management Representative in Wixom, MI. The role focuses on delivering excellent support and accurate distributor order processing.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, track orders, and provide backup support to Inside Sales as needed. This is a 25-hour-per-week position in a growth-focused dental market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, or inside sales support.
• Experience with distributors, supply chain processes, or B2B customers is a plus.
• Dental industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage distributor purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Monitor open orders and proactively address delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product- and service-related information to customers.
• Ensure all interactions are prompt and professional.
• Process returns, credits, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions.
• Provide backup support for the Inside Sales Rep during vacations or peak periods.
