Citagenix Regen LLC in the USA is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Order Management Representative to provide expert support and accurate processing of distributor orders. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or order management, plus familiarity with dental products and B2B distributors.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, order management, or related role.
Experience with dental industry or B2B distributors is preferred.
Must be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Process and manage distributor purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
Monitor open orders and proactively address any delays or issues.
Maintain accurate customer and order records within the company ERP/CRM systems.
Respond to incoming customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Act as a trusted resource for product-related and service-related questions.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
Process customer returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions.
Provide backup support for the Inside Sales Representative during vacations, absences, or peak periods.
