Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, understand their issues, take orders, and guide them to resources. You will explain Versah products over the phone and by email, and support clinicians with implant system procedures.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and delivering accurate information while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service-related field.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Versah customers over the phone and email.
• Answer questions about Versah’s products and services.
• Process orders and transactions.
• Explain clinical procedures and direct customers to online resources.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Deliver information about a company’s offerings.
• Provide proactive customer outreach.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Develop and document knowledge into helpful content.
