Job summary

National Dentex is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Relations specialist for NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR. You will serve as liaison between accounts and lab technicians, support doctors on treatment plans, and help improve case design and service quality.

This role requires reading/writing English, attention to detail, and strong computer skills; 5–10 years digital dental experience and customer service background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical skills to handle doctor concerns/complaints.
• Patience when dealing with challenging situations.
• Proficient with various computer programs.
• Ability to work well with laboratory staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between accounts and laboratory technicians on questions regarding case design, working times, or other areas of concern.
• Assist doctors on treatment plans and communicate with accounts.
• Represent laboratory at trade shows, seminars, or other functions as requested by management.
• Consult with accounts to improve procedures and reduce repairs/remakes.
• Call new accounts to identify preferences and establish relationships.
• All other duties as assigned.
