Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified by motor vehicle record check
• Timely travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation
• Alternate transportation acceptable when license/insurance unavailable
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and is subject to change without notice

Responsibilities

• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members through training, supervision and coaching
• Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts to develop timely solutions
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office imperatives with the Owner Dentist
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget
• Demonstrate cash management and accounting proficiency
• Develop and implement an office success plan and protocols
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to improve team performance
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies
• Report weekly to Regional Manager on accomplishments and goals
• Develop competency to manage Front Office and Back Office teams
• Travel between offices to support operations and staff development
• Contribute to continuous improvement across teams and processes
