Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. seeks an Operations Coordinator to join the Dental Onboarding team in Los Angeles. You’ll manage onboarding for dental practices across the US, establishing relationships and setting up accounts for activation and the first 30 days to promote usage.

You’ll train accounts, coordinate with Account Managers, and ensure smooth, compliant operations. The role combines hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Westwood office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training accounts or clients.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to develop business plans and analyze data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online pre-training sessions to prepare new accounts for launch.
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day coordination and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts to drive product usage and growth.
• Monitor and manage operations to meet goals.
• Coordinate tasks to keep deliverables on track and on schedule.
• Ensure operations compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues in the operations process.
