Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Midwest Dental team in Hinckley, MN. You’ll supervise day-to-day operations and support treatment planning to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll provide strong front office leadership, coach staff for case acceptance, and drive the team to meet daily and monthly practice goals while aligning with Smile Brands policies. This role offers a Monday–Thursday 7am–5pm schedule, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits;

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies
