Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to head the Midwest Dental team in Madison, WI, overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding staff, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

This role requires organized, people-first leadership, coaching front office and clinical coordination, driving case acceptance, scheduling, and performance metrics in a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience or senior dental front office experience.
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Provide leadership to front office team, including treatment coordination support.
• Guide staff to meet daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows with clinical team on financials.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with Smile Brands policies.
• Maintain office organization and performance metrics.
