Smile Brands is seeking a Team Leader to guide the Midwest Dental team in Madison, WI. You will oversee daily front and back-office operations, support treatment planning, coach staff, and ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance.
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care.
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.
