Smile Brands is seeking a Team Leader to guide the Midwest Dental team in Madison, WI. You will oversee daily front and back-office operations, support treatment planning, coach staff, and ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience in a busy dental practice.

• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Midwest Dental team in Madison, WI. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday through Thursday 6:45 to 3:30 Friday 8-1

Responsibilities

Compensation

$26 - $29 per hour
