Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Midwest Dental practice’s day-to-day operations, support treatment planning, guide a skilled team and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

You will lead front and back office operations, coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and align with Smile Brands policies to drive high-quality care and a positive workplace culture. The role follows a Monday-Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership or senior dental front office experience
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Midwest Dental team in Manitowoc, WI! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesday-Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

Responsibilities

Compensation

$25 - $30 per hour
