You will coach the office team, oversee scheduling, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency. The role requires strong communication, an patient-first mindset, and the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage budgets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and operations of a dental practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to exceptional experience.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and make decisions quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with practice performance, scheduling and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and a great patient experience.
• Partner with dentist and clinical team to support goals, patient care and growth.
