You will join a team focused on professional development, patient experience, and profitable operations. The program emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and cross-office coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of operational management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; travel to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the We Believe Behavioral Framework daily.
• Hire, train, and coach staff to meet standards.
• Resolve staff/patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager and track performance.
